The BGS Technic 71040 Double Piston Lever Type Grease Gun is a professional manual lubrication tool designed for servicing vehicles, machines and mechanical components equipped with grease nipples. It is suitable for applications in automotive workshops, industry, construction, agriculture, mining and machinery maintenance.
The grease gun incorporates a double-piston system designed to provide approximately three times higher grease output per stroke compared with a conventional single-piston design. This helps improve lubrication efficiency and reduce the manual effort required during regular maintenance operations.
A 4-jaw gripping coupling provides a firm connection to the grease nipple during lubrication. The grease gun is compatible with commercially available 400 ml grease cartridges as well as 500 cm³ of loose grease, providing flexibility for different grease-filling requirements.
The unit features a die-cast aluminum head with a vent valve, textured non-slip powder-coated finish and an ergonomic rubber grip on the hand lever. The pressure rating reaches 413 bar (6000 psi), making it suitable for demanding professional lubrication applications.
