The BGS Technic 2169 Induction Heater is a professional heating solution designed for automotive repair, mechanical workshops and industrial maintenance applications. It uses an alternating electromagnetic field to generate heat directly in metallic components, allowing fast and targeted heating without relying on an open flame.
The induction heating process is particularly useful for loosening rusted or seized nuts, bolts and fasteners. It can also be used for heating components such as bearings, bearing rings, shafts, flanges and other mechanical parts, where controlled heating can assist disassembly or assembly.
The unit provides a maximum power output of 1.5 kW and maximum working temperature of 900°C. It operates from a 230 V AC supply and has IP20 protection. The BGS 2169 is compatible with a range of optional induction coils and induction wire for different heating applications.
